    R6 Operator Idea / EKO-Cobra

    So, erstmal in Deutsch: Ich habe mir 2 neue Operator der Einheit EKO-Cobra (Österreich) ausgedacht. Ich bitte um Feedback, das heißt bitte keine extrem negativen aber auch keine zu positiven Kommentare. Die Waffen der beiden Operator sind selbst erfunden und existieren nicht wirklich! Nachdem Ubisoft ja bereits angesprochen hat, dass ihre Waffen-Liste bald ein Ende findet dachte ich mir; lieber selbst erfunden als recycelt. Ich entschuldige mich schon jetzt für Rechtschreib- oder Grammatikfehler, Englisch ist leider nicht meine Muttersprache :D Viel Spaß beim durchlesen!

    English:
    I created 2 new Operators from the EKO-Cobra, the Austrian special forces. Feedback would be really great, but don't write too negative or positive comments. The Weapons used for the Operator are self-made and don't exist in real life! Ubisoft said before that their list of weapons will end soon, so I thought better self-made wepons than recycle already used weapons. I apologize for any grammar mistakes, English is not my main language :D Enjoy!



    1) Defender

    EKO COBRA: Retrace
    Operator Name: Marie Brunner
    Nickname: Retrace
    CTU: EKO- Cobra

    Date of Birth: November 17th (Age 31)
    Place of Birth: Vienna (Austria)

    Height: 1.72
    Weight: 70kg

    Speed 3
    Armor 1

    Retrace is a roamer operator. She is a counter to all tracking, detection or shortly: all operators that give you a “debuff” (Jackal, Dokkaebi, Lion...). She is equipped with the TSMP9, which is the 9mm Machine Pistol version of the TSG, and the DP-12 Shotgun, which uses12 Gauge Ammo. As secondary Weapon, Retrace uses the Glock 19. Her secondary Gadgets are:

    • Barbed Wire

    The TSMP9 (Taktische Schnellfeuer Maschinenpistole 9mm*) ist the MP version oft he Austrian TSG rifle. It shoots 9mm rounds, at a relatively high rate of fire, with decent damage.
    I gave her this self-made weapon, because I think, you know, for example the enemy team hasn’t got a Lion or Dokki etc. Retrace still got a good weapon she can use to roam.

    *English: Tactical Fast-Firing Machine Pistol 9mm

    The DP-12 is a double-barrel 12 gauge Shotgun that is effective at short to medium range. It fires 2 shots before the fore grip has to be pulled in order to load the next 2 rounds.

    The Glock 17 is an automatic and single shot firing pistol favored by the EKO-Cobra. It fires really fast but its magazine is small. It has similar recoil to the SMG-11/12 or the other secondary SMGs of R6.



    Gadget: Tracking Delete System (TDS)


    Retrace Gadget is called Tracking Delete System, short TDS. We all know this feeling when a Lion Scan starts, you are getting tracked by Jackal or Dokkaebi calls you. With Retrace this isn’t your problem anymore. Because the TDS deletes all these tracking methods (like the name says already). But not only that. It “retraces” the track and pings the enemy. So you use their own weapons against them. I know this is really situational so I’m struggling with ideas to make her efficient in almost every game. Anyway some informations about the ping: It lasts 10 sec and pings every 2 seconds; same as Eagle’s ASGs. You can use your TDS up to 3 times in one match.

    The Idea behind this is, to finally have a counter to Jackal and of course to have a roaming Operator who can’t really be tracked down, because if you do so you, you give her the opportunity to track you.



    2) Attacker

    Nickname: Eagle
    CTU: EKO Cobra

    Date of Birth: February 9th (Age 29)
    Place of Birth: Salzburg, Austria

    Height: 1.87m
    Weight: 84 kg

    Speed 3
    Armor 1

    Eagle is an anti-roam based Operator or Breaching Operator. He is equipped with a 5.56 Assault Rifle and a 12 Gauge Shotgun. As secondary weapon he uses the Glock 19 Pistol, which is a semi- and fully-automatic Austrian Pistol. As secondary Gadgets he has:
    • Flash Grenades
    • Breaching Charges

    The TSG-K (Taktisches Schnellfeuer Gewehr – Kompakt*) is the 5.56 caliber version of the Austrian TSG, which is a 7.62 chambered assault rifle. The idea behind the TSG was, to build a rifle, which shoots big caliber rounds and is able to shoot these rounds faster than other big caliber rifles. Eagle uses the compact version of this rifle. It shoots 5.56 cal rounds at a fire rate of 800.

    Gadget: ASG

    Eagle’s Gadget is called ASG (Advanced Sensor Grenade). It can be thrown, exactly like any other Grenade in R6. Eagle is equipped with 3 of them. Their rolling mechanic when they touch the floor is similar to Ying’s Candelas, but they don’t roll anywhere into the room and stop. They stop exactly in the middle of the room (if there is an object in the way, they stop next to the object). After 1 sec of “cooldown” they start scanning the area around them at a radius of 10m. One ASG scans every 2 seconds. 1 Grenade lasts for about 10 seconds. If an enemy gets scanned by an ASG he will be shown to the entire enemy team as a red pin-point or silhouette (balancing). After a Grenade has been thrown, Eagle has to wait 20 seconds till he can use the next one. But (!) enemies can destroy the ASGs. This could be extremely strong against Eagle, so the ASGs are almost inaudible as they roll in, but make a vibrating sound when they are scanning. They are covered by a kind of bullet proof shield, which can be destroyed similar to Tachanka’s DP-28 LMG shield. But with an average gun the Grenade can at least carry out 2 scans until it’s destroyed. It can of course be destroyed by explosions, which cause a lot of noise.

    The idea behind the ASGs is to give Eagle the opportunity to clean the building of roamers, by throwing grenades into suspicious rooms. Or to safely enter rooms, at the beginning of a round.
