    Ton fehlt {Videosequenz / Telefonate keine Sprache} ๑ Lsungsanstze ๑ WIP

    Um adquat auf die bestehenden Probleme reagieren zu knnen ist es absolut notwendig mglichst przise Informationen der verwendeten Hardware, Wiedergabeoptionen und Audio-Verkabelung mitzuliefern. Oft liegt der Grund einer „Strung“ an einer falschen Verkabelung und an einer nicht optimalen Nutzung der vorhandenen Anschlsse. Es wre deshalb praktisch, wenn ihr immer entsprechende Konfigurationsdetails lckenlos beschreibt.

    Verwendete (Audio) Hardwarekomponenten:

    • Desktop-PC

    Onboard-Soundkarte *
    PCI-Karte*
    Externe USB-Soundkarte*

    • Notebook
    • LCD-Fernseher
    • Monitor
    • Kopfhrer

    Wiedergabeoptionen:

    • verwendeter Treibermodus: z.B. Surround Sound 7.1 / 5.1 /2.0



    • Frequenzbereich: z.B. 24 Bit und Sampling-Rate von 48 kHz



    • etwaige interne 3D Sound Effekte wie Raumakustik/Hall, Surround-Emulation, THX-Effekt etc.





    Verwendeter Audioausgang:

    • Line Out (3.5mm Klinke oder Cinch)
    • S/PDIF (RCA, TOSlink)
    • USB
    • HDMI/DVI




    Audio Verkabelung

    um ein paar Beispiele herauszugreifen:

    PC-Sound wird ber HDMI/DVI am Fernseher (Samsung UE46F8090) ausgeben.
    Nutze Kopfhrerausgang (3.5mm Klinke) und Surround- HiFi-Kopfhrer (Sennheiser HD 558)
    Es sind aktive Lautsprecher (LOGITECH Z120)im Stereomodus angeschlossenen.
    Benutze Bluetooth-Lautsprecher (HERCULES 2.1 Gloss) kabellose Speaker
    DVI-HDMI (Gigabyte GTX 580 )Verbindung zum TV Gert
    Monitor hat eine VGA- und DVI-Schnittstelle.
    DVI-HDMI Verbindung zum AV Receiver ( HDMI Schnittstelle ) S/PDIF LCD-Fernseher
    Monitor ist derzeit direkt via digital koaxial mit dem SPDIF Ausgang meiner Soundkarte verbunden.

    Das gesamte Gebiet ist doch bemerkenswert "Simpel", oder?

    Hallo Ubisoft,

    habe gerade Watch Dogs installiert und angetestet, leider ist mir aufgefallen, dass bei den Videosequenzen sowie bei Telefonaten keine Sprache da ist sondern nur der Untertitel den ich an habe.

    Habe inzwischen versucht das Spiel neu zu installieren, leider auch kein Erfolg gehabt.

    exe-Datei aus dem Order heraus als Administrator ausfhren. Das Tool bentigt unter Umstnden
    .NET Framework ( DOWNLOAD ) um zu funktionieren.

    Wir bentigen mehr Input von dir!

    Damit wir dir versuchen knnen gezielt zu helfen, teile uns doch bitte alle Informationen mit, die bei der Analyse des Problems hilfreich sein knnten.

    Ein knapper berblick ber die Merkmale des Rechners (DXDIAG) wre wirklich enorm hilfreich.

    Da man heutzutage von USB-Kopfhrer, einfachen Lautsprecherboxen bis hin zu 7.1 Surroundsystemen benutzt.
    Wre es echt cool auch dazu ein paar relevante Informationen zu bekommen.


    Einrichten der Lautsprecher


    Im Soundkartentreiber oder in den Windowseinstellungen von 5.1 auf Stereo wechseln. < So geht's KLICK & KLICK >
    Du hast doch auch sicher Kopfhrer, hast du auch keinen Ton wenn du die Wiedergabe auf ein Headset legst?

    Mit [Winlogo] +[ R] den Ausfhren-Dialog ffnen

    rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL mmsys.cpl,,0 eintippen und mit OK besttigen.

    unter "Eigenschaften von Sound" [Wiedergabe ->Eigenschaften -Erweitert] Standardformat auf 16Bit //44100 Hz (CD-Qualitt) einstellen und als Lautsprecher [Konfigurieren] Stereo-Lautsprecher versuchen....


    Achtung -> DirectX 9.0c ein absolutes Muss! - Auch fr Windows 7 & Windows 8 User!

    Microsoft DirectX End-User (9.0c!) muss zwingend installiert sein damit keine der
    essentiellen(erforderlichen!) DirectX-Funktionen und Sound-Schnittstellen-Bibliotheken fehlen.

    Wie man leicht erkennt, ist diese "Analyse" mehr oder weniger nur ein Schuss ins Blaue….

    Auch das hat nichts bewirkt, ich habe wie gesagt aber auch alle sounds auer von videosequenzen die Gesprche noch bei Telefonaten.




    EDIT:

    Ich habe auerdem versucht den Sound mit meinen Boxen abzuspielen, kommt genau auf das selbe hinaus wie mit dem Headset.
    Merkwrdig an dem ganzen ist, dass nur der Sound der Dialoge nicht geht.

    Unter dem Abschnitt „Tools“ whle bitte „Save Report(.txt)“ aus.

    Hat hier denn keiner eine weitere Idee woran das liegen kann? Weil an den Treibern kann es ja eigentlich nicht liegen wenn die NPC normal reden auf der Strae und ich alle anderen Sounds kriege....
