    Du kannst mal Cookies und Cache deines Browsers leeren und erneut probieren oder versuchsweise einen anderen Internet-Browser verwenden!

    Mal vorübergehend deaktivieren.

    √ Hast du eine direkte Verbindung ins Internet oder gehst du über einen Proxy?

    Hast Du eventuell irgendwelche „Tuningmaßnahmen“ - Overclocking/Übertaktung- an deinem Rechner vorgenommen? Wenn ja, dann nimm diese bitte versuchsweise raus.
    Mal ein komplett neues Benutzerkonto - lokalen Benutzer - (volle Zugriffsrechte - Administrator Account) anlegen und dann UPLAY und das Spiel neu installieren.

    Ohne hier den Teufel an die Wand malen zu wollen.... Wer sich einmal böse Schadprogramme eingefangen hat, der weiß wie schwer es ist, diese unliebsamen "Besucher" wieder loszuwerden.

    Habe ein ganz anderes Problem...

    Ich beschreibe mal das Problem: Wenn ich das Spiel starte, wird der Bildschirm schwarz (im Netz wurde vorgeschlagen, die Videosettings auf Fenstermodus bzw. rahmenlosen Fenstermodus zu stellen- klappt nicht) und es passiert nichts. Drücke ich Alt+Tab, ist das Spiel nicht einmal aufgelistet. Minimiere ich, liegt es Spiel nicht auf Leiste. Nur der PROZESS im Task Manager läuft noch. Beende ich das Spiel, bedankt sich Uplay fürs spielen. Das war es.

    Das Problem scheint wohl bekannt zu sein, Ubisoft veröffentlichte Patches, die wohl helfen sollen, doch da Steam bzw. Uplay automatisch uppen, betrifft mich das nicht. Ein manuelles patchen funktioniert ebenfalls nicht. Eine Neuinstallation und das aktualisieren meines GraKa Treibers (habe eine Radeon HD 5xxx) brachte ebenfalls keinen Erfolg.

    Habe übrigens Windows 7 32 bit. Falls Bedarf, lade ich später den Bericht von CPU-Z hoch

    Vielleicht könnt ihr mir helfen, ich bin mit meinem Latein am Ende.

    Ich kenne nicht jede Grafikkarte aber es wäre möglich, dass deine Grafikkarte gegenüber dem Referenzdesign - ab Werk- etwas
    übertaktet wurde.

    ☆ Möglicherweise solltest Du auch nur einfach die Grafikeinstellungen (Auflösung/Grafikdetails) etwas runter setzten.
    Vielleicht kommt dein System - mit den aktuellen Einstellungen - nicht klar?

    ☆ Antivieren-Programme funken sehr gerne mal in die Spielroutine und können somit auch ein Spiel zum Abbruch bringen. -> temporär ausschalten!

    ☆ Generell würde ich primär sämtliche überflüssige Hintergrundanwendungen vorübergehend deaktivieren.

    In der Ereignisanzeige werden detaillierte Informationen zu wichtigen Systemereignissen und Windows-Absturz-Protokolle aufgezeichnet. Die Windows-Ereignisanzeige liefert normalerweise einen guten Anhaltspunkt zum Verursacher der Abstürze.

    Ich benutze der Zeit keine Firewall oder Antivirus. Lasse meinen Pc aber sehr oft durchsuchen.

    Hast du eine direkte Verbindung ins Internet oder gehst du über einen Proxy?

    Ich habe eine direkte Verbindung mit dem Internet, in den Einstellung von Uplay steht allerdings: Proxytyp: Automatisch


    Ja, ich glaube auch dass sich alles gegen mich beschworen hat. Ich habe das Game jetzt komplett neu runtergeladen und installiert. Gestern, nachdem ich dann einige Patches geladen habe, ging das Spiel auch. Allerdings haben alle Gegner auf Englisch gesprochen, das Spiel selber war jedoch auf deutsch.

    Nun wollte ich das Spiel wieder starten und es funktioniert wieder nicht. Es kommt das Windowsfenster wo erfragt wird, ob das Autopatchsystem Zugriff haben darf. Ich bestätige es. Dann ist der Spielenbutton bei Uplay kurze Zeit auch grau hinterlegt, allerdings passiert nichts. Nach 10 Sec. ist der Spielbutton dann auch wieder normal und ich kann die ganze Prozedur noch einmal durchgehen.

    EDIT: Nun kommt ein Fenster von Splinter Cell wo drauf steht:

    Spiel kann nicht gestartet werden. Überprüfen Sie, ob Ihr Spiel korrekt installiert wurde. Nehmen Sie Kontakt zum Ubisoft Support auf, falls das Problem weiterhin besteht....

    Ich probiere es dann noch mal.

    Hast du ggf. noch ein paar Lösungsvorschläge?

    EDIT2: So, ich war mal rebellisch und hab das Spiel mal über die .exe Datein im Ordner gestartet. Über die DX11.exe gehts auch, er hängt sich nur zwischen durch beim laden auf (Kann ich verkraften, weil dann läuft es). Allerdings verstehe ich nicht, dass ich jedesmal wenn ich das Spiel neustarte, die Grafik wieder von "Gering" auf "Hoch" einstellen muss. Hat jemand von dem Fehler schon mal gefunden?

    Konflikte zwischen zwei Filterregelsätzen können ebenfalls dazu führen, dass - erwünschter - Datenverkehr - unerwartet - blockiert wird.

    - Windows-Firewall zurücksetzen -


    Es ist gelegentlich ein guter Problemlöser, die Windows-Firewall bei Problemen zurückzusetzen, denn die Vorgaben sind schon durchaus sinnvoll, und Programme, die danach über die Firewall kommunizieren wollen, erzeugen einfach eine neue Abfrage der Windows-Firewall an den User, ob der auch eine Kommunikation erlaubt oder nicht!

    Windows 7 Firewall Control ( DOWNLOAD ) listet alle verwendeten Anwendungen auf, die eine Online-Verbindung nutzen und zeigt dir, wie oft das Programm von der Windows-Firewall geblockt wurde.

    Hast Du schon versucht die Datei videoSettings.ini ( zu finden unter %USERPROFILE% -> Eigene Dokumente -> Ubisoft -> Blacklist ) mit Schreibschutz zu versehen?
